  I have serious concerns about the safety standards at Yarralumla PlayStation, particularly when it comes to the well-being of children and families who visit. The overall environment seems poorly maintained and lacks proper oversight, which is deeply troubling for a place that is supposed to be welcoming and safe for families. Rather than providing a fun and secure space for visitors, it feels neglected and potentially hazardous. What makes the situation even more concerning is the attitude of the owner, Jason Perkins. Not only is he unprofessional, but he is also incredibly rude and confrontational. Instead of addressing concerns in a respectful and constructive manner, he becomes difficult and aggressive, making it nearly impossible to resolve any issues or even have a reasonable conversation. This kind of behavior from a business owner is unacceptable, especially in a setting that should prioritize customer experience and safety. To emphasize the seriousness of these concerns, I have attached two images that clearly illustrate the safety risks present at this establishment. This is not just my personal opinion—it is a real and pressing issue that requires immediate attention. Given the unsafe conditions and the owner's unprofessional conduct, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone, especially those who value safety, respect, and good customer service. I sincerely hope that necessary improvements are made, but until then, I strongly advise others to reconsider visiting.
